Those wanting to train and/or supervise others to deliver coaching as a stand-alone intervention, will need to have: 

• Completed the PCI-accredited 4-day training
• Reached the required level of expertise in the skills and methodology. It usually takes around 2 years of supervised practice to reach the required standard.

They can then take part in on-the-job training.
